Understanding New Identifiers To Empower Youth Community Development Corporation (UNITEYCDC) is a dynamic nonprofit dedicated to preparing the next generation of leaders through education, civic engagement, cultural awareness, and community service. Our work centers on creating equitable opportunities for youth—particularly those from historically underrepresented and underserved communities—to grow, lead, and thrive.

We connect high school and college students to life-changing internships, skill-building programs, and leadership development opportunities, equipping them with the tools to navigate their education, careers, and civic responsibilities with confidence. By integrating civic engagement, Black history and cultural education, public health initiatives, youth empowerment, educational support, and wellness training, UNITEYCDC offers a holistic approach to personal and community development.
